Bob Wayman's Thoughts on the ability to measure your campaigns
At the Business blog summit, Bob Wyman from Pubsub.com made some great comments about the ability of companies to now monitor what’s happening in your customer online communities. You can actually measure the effectiveness of your articles and press campaigns.
I especially liked Bob’s point that his service monitors newsgroups and forums.
